Grown-Up Fry Sauce

Here is the recipe for the Fry Sauce I brought today. It comes from Our Best Bites. Instead of Creole mustard I used plain stone ground mustard with a pinch of Creole seasoning.
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. ketchup
1 1/2 Tbsp. capers, drained
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. minced red onion
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. Creole mustard (Zatarain's is widely available at most major grocery stores)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. kosher salt

Combine ingredients in blender or the small bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
